Hello, Western Colorado Area Health Education Center (WCAHEC) is currently seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide contracted bookkeeping services for our nonprofit organization.
WCAHEC is a nonprofit organization serving communities throughout Western Colorado, and we are looking for a dependable and experienced bookkeeping professional who understands nonprofit financial management, QuickBooks Online, grant and restricted-fund tracking, and the importance of accurate and timely financial reporting.
The contracted bookkeeper will work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors and will assist with monthly financial activities, grant tracking and reporting, budget preparation, year-end activities, and support for our annual audit or financial review.
The attached Request for Proposals provides additional information regarding the scope of work, qualifications, estimated time commitment, and proposal requirements.

The WCAHEC provides personal healthcare learning experiences for consumers and professional learning experiences for healthcare providers. The Western Colorado AHEC program emphasizes community-based training of healthcare providers through community and academic partnerships.
