Virtual Dementia Tour
WCAHEC provides high quality dementia training. As Second Wind Dreams Certified Trainers, WCAHEC can conduct the Virtual Dementia Tour experience for up to 60 participants per day. The hands-on training is designed to increase care giver's understanding of what dementia is like. We provide all VDT components and materials necessary for a comprehensive tour experience. Healthcare Continuing Education for Professionals
WCAHEC provides a multitude of continuing education each year throughout the region for health care providers and consumers alike. These are offered in half day, full day or multi-day workshops based on the expressed interests of the healthcare community in Western Colorado. Courses are accredited for NBCC counselors.
